Did you know realize that every night you stay up to watch one more show on netflix you are stealing your own beauty?!? WHHHATTTT, yes its true. At night, while we sleep our body goes through an extensive recovery process, its way to much to explain but, here are 3 reason why you should be getting your beauty sleep.


Did you know that not enough sleep steals your natural beauty. When you don't sleep the inflammatory cells break down the good stuff that gives our skin glow and bounce like collagen and hyaluronic acid-HELP WE NEED THAT.


Not enough Sleep can worsen existing skin conditions. Increased inflammatory responses from not enough sleep can show up as acne breakouts, increased skin sensitivity, allergic or increased dermatitis and more.


Not enough sleep can lean to dark circles and puffy eyes. Dark circles are a common sign of not sleeping enough. When you do not sleep your blood vessels dilate resulting in the dark circles. Also, lack of sleep can result in your hydration being off. When your body does not have enough sleep to balnce itself out it can lead to puffiness and inflammation.

If these aren't enough reasons why you need that beauty sleep we don't know what are. Most recommend 7-9 hours of sleep. Rest up, Good nightZZZ.
