At Home High Frequency Skin Tightening

Updated: Mar 21, 2023

Hip hip hooray we are back to work after the Covid quarantine! While staying at home for those few weeks we had plenty of time to try all of those at home DIY beauty things. We tried all of the face masks, hair masks, painted our nails, self tanned until we couldn't get any tanner. Anything for a pick me up right?!?

Along this journey we did discover a cool device for your skin that does a bunch of stuff- meet NuDerma's high frequency skin tightening machine. Click link to purchase :)

This hand held (at home) high frequency machine is inexpensive and easy to use. It works by delivering a high frequency current to the skin. This current oxygenates the surface of the skin, killing bacteria, improving the blood supply and circulation, while effectively eliminating toxins AND comes with a few glass head attachments...Sign us UP!

Well My Name is Gigi and here are my results and story!

March 2019 I got some cool sculpting done to my lower abdomen. I had great results, losing abut 30% of the stubborn fat that was in the area we treated (see pic, left is before cool sculpting, right is 1 month post treatment). One thing I didn't think about was the lost volume and how that could leave my skin a little saggy- not to mention I am the ripe age of 36 and am realizing my "volume" is well getting gone a lot faster these days. My cool sculpting results were awesome, except about 6 months later I was left with extra skin. I could use the shit out of this machine and it is affordable to give it shot.

***Remember I AM NOT A DOCTOR, THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. I followed the instructions on how to use this device. There are risks...do your research.

This was the picture that sent me into a tizzy. The fat was gone but my stomach looked worse. Committed to trying this out was an understatement, what did I have to lose at this point.

I treated my stomach 10 minuets every other day for 6 weeks or 20 treatments.

I wasn't sure if it was working... (the april picture is about 3 weeks into treatments) ummm IT WAS!

Some people feel the 'Tightness" after each treatment. I thought I could but wasn't sure. I would get itchy in the areas after they were treated and they would feel little warm. Applying a heavier cream lotion worked to take that away. The high frequency was working the way the people in the internet said it would. HELL YES!

In the back of my mind I wasn't sure how long the result would last, everything I found said yes, they are permanent. Keeping in mind our skin is constantly aging and will need follow up treatments to keep things "organized". As I started to write this I saw that april was my last picture, So i took the "August" Picture. As you can see, the results have been getting better and better (yes i work out, always have). I am shocked this at home device works so well and thrilled to be able to show the Actual results. Give it a try, it literally can't hurt.

Stay realistic, if you are kinda like me, works out, slowly aging, eats right and can find a little bit of time to treat your self💁🏻‍♀️ this will work to spot treat those asshole areas of aging. I'm going after my knees next (GASP- like what is happening to them!??!?! old knees-NO!) 6 weeks, 20 treatments. Your welcome- Gigi
